SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done in community. The method is a fun exercise in artistic collage. It also develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. During this session there will be time for the creative process as well as some sharing and discussion.

What is SoulCollage®?
SoulCollage® is a powerful, intuitive practice that generally involves creating a personal deck of cards from found images. Each card represents different aspects of your personality, guides, and inner wisdom. This practice is not only a journey of self-discovery but also a means of fostering a deeper connection with your inner voice.
Tara Lynn Pugh, an experienced artist and educator, will guide you through each step of the process. With her extensive background in art, education, and holistic practices, Tara creates a nurturing and inspiring environment where you can explore and express your inner landscape.
During this session, you will:
- Learn the fundamentals of SoulCollage® and how it can be a tool for personal growth.
- Create your own set of SoulCollage® cards, each reflecting unique aspects of your psyche.
- Engage in reflective exercises and group sharing to deepen your understanding of your cards and their meanings.
- Discover new insights about yourself in a supportive and creative community.
Tara’s holistic approach integrates her skills as a Christian minister, Certified Reiki Master Teacher, and meditation guide, offering a comprehensive experience that nurtures both the creative and spiritual aspects of your being.
